The Printpix Digital Print Station 1000 consists of two compact units: the Image Controller IC-1000 and the Digital Color Printer NC-1000. The system offers solutions for retail situations ranging from a self-service stand to a behind-the-counter photo finishing service. The space-saving design allows the component units to be fitted almost anywhere in your store, either together or separated. The system fits in with your budget too, creating a valuable new customer service for a minimal investment.

The Printpix Digital Print Station 1000 has a simple user interface offering a self- service solution: The simple and easy user interface allows the system to be operated easily and efficiently by any employee and even by customers themselves. This eliminates the need to have dedicated operators and makes possible a complete self-service solution. Operating the system couldn’t be easier. Simply insert the removable digital camera media in the appropriate slot of the controller, choose your desired images and the number of copies via the 6.4-inch LCD screen of the controller, and then press “Print”. You’re free to print in both size and quantity.

The Printpix Digital Print Station 1000 handles most digital camera media commonly in use today - SmartMedia™, xD-Picture Card, CompactFlash™, SD Card and Memory Stick®. The controller unit includes built-in slots for each type of media, so there is no need for external add-ons for reading media. Further Expandability The IC-1000 incorporates SCSI and USB ports to support further upgrades, such as an addition of scanner or CD-R drive for your expanding digital printing services.
